EDIdEv - Electronic Data Interchange Development

Users get one year free subscription of our Maintenance & Support from FREDI license purchase date, and have the option to renew the subscription charged yearly.

Included in our Maintenance & Support Subscription:

• Support for all FREDI related issues e.g. troubleshooting FREDI and EDI related issues in your program; SEF file support; and deployment support.
• Access to our Customer Support website.
• Version updates of FREDI are free e.g update from FREDI Professional v.5 to FREDI Professional v.6 will be free.

*** Please note that support is done by email.  However, if it’s determined that a more involved support is required, then a remote session (using GotoMeeting) will be scheduled.

Excluded in our Maintenance & Support Subscription:

• On-site support.
• Training.
• Troubleshooting errors in program not related to our products.
• Programming development and customization of sample programs.
• SEF creation and customization.
• Support beyond the scope of the license.
• Upgrading a FREDI license to a higher edition e.g. upgrading from FREDI Professional to FREDI Enterprise.
• Upgrading a FREDI license to a different platform e.g. upgrading from FREDI 32-bit to 64-bit, or from a Windows version to a Java version (N.B. we don't have a Java version yet).

Maintenance and Support Subscription Pricing (by Licenses):

• EDIdEv Desktop Utilities $50/year.
  One year subscription is included at the time of the EDIdEv Desktop Utilities purchase.  Yearly renewal fee will be $50.
  If not renewed within the 60 days grace period, the price to start/restart the subscription will be 150.  Yearly renewal fee will be $50 for following years.
• FREDI Professional License $99/year.
  One year subscription is included at the time of the Professional License purchase.  Yearly renewal fee will be $99.
  If not renewed within the 60 days grace period, the price to start/restart the subscription will be $250.  Yearly renewal fee will be $99 for following years.
• FREDI Enterprise License $250/year.
  One year subscription is included at the time of the Enterprise License purchase.  Yearly renewal fee will be $250.
  If not renewed within the 60 days grace period, the price to start/restart the subscription will be $720.  Yearly renewal fee will be $250 for following years.
• FREDI Universal License $450/year.
  One year subscription is included at the time of the Universal License purchase.  Yearly renewal fee will be $450.
  If not renewed within the 60 days grace period, the price to start/restart the subscription will be $980.  Yearly renewal fee will be $450 for following years.
