Basic support is provided free to all our users.
Included in our Basic Support:
- One year support from date of purchase with installation of the Framework EDI (FREDI) software.
- One year support from date of purchase with setting up the FREDI component so that a user (programmer) can run one of our sample programs to generate, translate or validate an EDI file.
- Access to our online Help Documentation.
- Access to our FAQ webpage.
- One year access to our Customer Support website from date of purchase.
