EDIdEv Basic Support
Basic support is provided free to all our users (programmers) whether they've purchased our products or are evaluating them.
Included in our Basic Support:
- Support with installation of the Framework EDI (FREDI) software.
- Support with setting up the FREDI component so that a user (programmer) can run one of our sample programs to generate, translate or validate an EDI file.
- Access to our online Help Documentation.
- Access to our FAQ webpage.
- Limited access to our Customer Support website.
