Purchase
Orders (US companies only)
We only accept PO forms with total amount over $100. They can be faxed to our office at: (818) 846-8937. Please include in the PO form:
- Company information
(name, address, telephone, website)
- Terms: Net 30
- PO number and signature
- Email and name of person to receive the merchandise
(We cannot process an order without an email because
all merchandise are sent electronically.)
